Your new modular home will meet all the Federal, State and local building codes. The location of your home is the very first question the factory will ask us so that they can comply with the codes that are unique to your area.
Our New York winters are a special concern because the snow load roof requirements may vary within one county and our factory will research that information for you and build your home accordingly.
The new environmental protection codes must be addressed also. Construction debris and dirt from excavation can no longer blow across roadways or into streams and wetlands. Our contractors will address those requirements as well.
